delicious and social bookmarking

I've signed up with del.icio.us a couple years ago and chickened out for some reason that I can't remember (I am guessing now it is probably because I need to download this plugin). Now I find myself once again registering myself to yet another account (what's the best way to manage all the accounts/psw one have? it is definitely getting out of control). I overcame the fear and downloaded the plugin, and find it incredibly useful, helpful, and user-friendly.

I certainly find it liberating since I don't have to go to a particular machine to access my bookmark, and since it is also a social discovery system, I can see what others are posting and what tags they are using and the most popular ones are definitely worth checking out. Among the examples given, PennTags is the most impressive and since it has been up and running for more than three years, I wonder if it is still being heavily used, and if it is starting to replace Blackboard or WebCT, or if the Penn version of CFAPs?
